Rules & Cancellation policy

For a wonderful experience, please follow the instructions below:

• Make sure you decide carefully the exact appointment type and time slot you want for your desired hairstyle and please endeavour to come on-time. You get exactly what you pay for. If none of these appointment types describe the hairstyle you desire, please contact me at the email provided.
• When booking, note that there is a NONREFUNDABLE £5-£50 deposit required depending on the hairstyle. This is a MUST because without this deposit, scheduling your appointment will not be successful.
• When your appointment is secured you will receive an email detailing the time, place, and type of appointment you booked for.
• No guests allowed but if need be, you can only come along with JUST 1 GUEST
• For people looking to get cornrows done, make sure you blow-out/blow dry/straighten your hair before coming.
• Make sure your hair is well loosened, washed and dried before coming for your appointment.
• For outside Manchester wig orders, Customers would be required to pay shipping fee which would be discussed further when an inquiry is made.
• Rescheduling/cancellation policy - You are allowed to reschedule by email/text at anytime based on current availability, but this must be done not less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. When the appointment is rescheduled, your deposit would be moved over to the re-scheduled date as long as the new date is within one month.
